BOOKING AN INSPECTION TRIP
To book a property inspection trip you don't need to know which properties you want to view - all you need to do is give our staff an idea of your budget and what type of property you are looking for and we can suggest developments that would suit you.

The following details relate to inspection trips in and around the Florida area. Trips can also be arranged to other locations in which Stone Estates Homes & Investments is active.
Inspection trips to Florida last for four days. On the day you arrive you will be contacted by a Realtor from our US office to confirm the itinerary for your visit - this will be structured to view properties that match your requirements, and will include meetings with the management company and a mortgage lender if required. You are free to enjoy the evenings and enjoy the Floridian lifestyle.
All clients wishing to go on an inspection trip will be required to pay for the accommodation and flights up front and if you go through to buy, these will be refunded within 30 days after closing.
