As you enter this executive villa you will love the spacious feeling given by the open plan and vaulted ceilings in the hallway and lounge area. After a long day at the Theme Parks, the lounge area is a great place to relax and unwind with the family. Overlooking the pool and spa, the kitchen and covered lanai offers a great view for all your meals. In the lounge the sofas, which turns into a sleeper sofa should you require an occupancy of 12. and entertainment center sport a TV, DVD/VCR and sony playstation 2 for endless hours of family fun. Located just off the kitchen is the formal dining room with seating for six people on elegant high back chairs and a large glass table . Our Kitchen, which contains everything you need from a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer with built in icemaker along with all essentials such as cutlery, crockery and glassware. Leading off from the Kitchen is the Nook an informal dining area with a table, four chairs and two bar stools. From the Nook area you exit through patio doors, which leads you to the extended deck and pool area.
Our Master Bedroom is situated on the ground floor, which overlooks the pool and spa, a huge king sized bed sets the tone for this stunningly furnished room, with TV, telephone and ceiling fan. The large en-suite has a corner tub separate shower twin marble vanity basin, hairdryer, toilet, and a large walk in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 is also located on the ground floor it contains a luxurious Queen bed with color co-ordinated soft furnishings, TV, ceiling fan and a large fitted wardrobe. Across from this bedroom is a shower room with marble vanity basin, hairdryer and a toilet. Bedroom 3 is located up stairs and also overlooks the pool and spa, which also contains a luxurious Queen bed with color co-ordinated soft furnishings, TV, ceiling fan, large built in wardrobe and benefits from its own en-suite which contains a tub/shower, marble vanity unit, hairdryer and toilet. Bedroom 4 and 5 are located up stairs, they are both twin rooms with color co-ordinated soft furnishings TVS, ceiling fans and built in wardrobes. These two bedrooms share the family bathroom that consists of full bath/shower, marble vanity basin, hairdryer and toilet. All towels and linens are supplied. The Laundry Room is well equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. There is a Games Room located in the garage to keep you entertained with a large slate bed pool table, air hockey, table football and a fridge to keep your beers ice cold. Our Pool/Spa with its extended deck area is a great place for the whole family to swim and relax on plush pool furniture, the lanai offering some welcome shade from the sun. While you relax you have the added security of the safety pool net for little ones, when night time comes the under water lighting adding to the ambiance of the occasion. Solar Cover in the cooler months enhances the heated pool with extended swim time.
The villa is situated on the new Emerald Island Resort which is a gated community in Kissimmee, Florida, located less than 3 miles from Walt Disney World. Shops and good restaurants are less than 1 mile. Emerald Island provides facilities above and beyond other villa communities.
