If the reservation can not be confirmed by us, then your check will be mailed back to you. When your reservation is confirmed, the $400.00 non-refundable deposit is used toward your rental. You will be billed for the balance of your rental contract and a security deposit of $500.00. After your vacation stay your $500.00 will be mailed within 30 days back to you after prompt departure and inspection of the premises less any damages or phone charges or forfeiture. Please note: these are NON smoking homes. Important note: this contract is only for the specific occupants on the specific days you have listed on this contract. If you are found to have additional persons or "guests" than what the contract states, the contract will become null and void. You will be asked to leave the home immediately and forfeit all money collected including the security deposit. You will be held liable for any and all damages sustained, fines, lost revenue and attorney fees. I regret to have to include this paragraph but there is always that one person who could spoil it for the rest. Force Majeure - the owners of the property, or their servants or agents, will not be liable for loss or delay occasioned by any of us, but not limited to the following: strikes, riots, political unrest, hostilities, war or threat of war, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, fire, flood, technical/weather problems to transport, aircraft grounding, closure of airports or ports, weather conditions or any other event(s) beyond the owners control.. Use of accommodation - the customer shall ensure that the accommodation is used and kept in a quiet, tenantable, safe, orderly and proprietous manner causing no offense, disturbance or damage within/and to the accommodation or to neighboring accommodation or the users thereof. Management does reserve the right to move Guest to comparable property. Please note that trucks, commercial vehicles, campers, mobile homes, recreational vehicles, motor homes, house trailers, trailers of every other description, boats, jet skis (or other similar watercraft) boat and other watercraft trailers, horse trailers or vans shall not be permitted to be parked or to be stored at any place on the Property. Please have your arrival date, departure date, and house size ready in order to expedite your call. Deposit must be received within five days of verbal commitment to guarantee price quote. Confirming Reservation A nonrefundable $400.00 deposit must be included with application. If the reservation cannot be confirmed, your deposit will not be charged or processed it will be mailed back to you. Once confirmed this deposit will be used toward your rental contract upon confirmation of your reservation. You will be billed for the remainder of the rental contract plus a $500.00 security deposit which is due in full 60 days prior to arrival. With reference to any cancellations within the 60 days prior to checkin/arrival date, all rental moneys collected are non- refundable. The security deposit will be returned after your stay less any damages and phone charges. Payment: All money for balances of rental are due 60 days prior to check in. Failure to pay balance as stated on invoice, cancels reservation and releases the property to be re-rented and the nonrefundable deposits or portions thereof are forfeited.
